Back at CFC
I signed back up at Chicago Fitness Center. It was pretty cool that the people at the desk still remembered me even though I hadnt been there in months. Got some bag work in:
1 round moving jabs, quick right hand when jabs connect
3 rounds combonations
2 rounds swinging bag drills
2 rounds skip knees
1 round straight knees
1 round kicks (regular)
1 round kicks (switch step)
1 round upper cuts on water bag
